Corsican House encompasses the world-class panoramic views of Lake Wakatipu with the surrounding mountains of Walter Peak, Cecil Peak and Mount Nicholas.

The Spectrum Property team worked closely with the homeowners in early 2016 to deliver an entirely new interior and exterior makeover along with updating many of the homes working systems. New security cameras and alarm system were hard wired before full interior plastering and painting, new heating systems, new AV, refinished floors, new flooring, balustrades, stonework and a complete interior palette were all part of the brief.

From our collaborative work fantastic relationships grew with these home owners and to this day the Spectrum Property team help maintain the home to keep it looking as good as the day we handed the keys over in 2016 to them.
