Erik Moen

Director

Erik loves nothing more than exceeding the Spectrum Property client expectations and this is a message he instills in the team on a daily basis. Despite being the Director of Spectrum Property Group, Erik can be found hands on where needed, in addition to managing the business and overseeing a number of our larger projects. Erik started Spectrum Property Group in 2014 seeing a clear need for a highly personalised property and project management service that put the home owner at the heart of their property or project requirements, something that was not happening in the sector.

 

Holding a 3000 gross ton marine Masters license, Erik previously managed some of the largest and most exclusive luxury yachts ever built. Overseeing very large crews, managing multiple new yacht construction projects in Europe and America, along the demands of his clients, gave Erik excellent insight and a solid foundation for what it takes to deliver a quality driven service. This simple shift has proved to be a winning formula for Spectrum Property, leading to the portfolio of private homes, projects and short term rentals that they now manage.

 

Clients are at the heart of the Spectrum business which is why Erik spends much of time focused on building strong ongoing relationships. In his spare time Erik can be found skiing, snowboarding, in the garden, hiking, biking, and spending time with the family enjoying the endless opportunities of the local region. 

Kimberly Barnett

Accounts and Key Account Manager

Highly efficient, organised and with incredible attention to detail, Kimberly is an integral part of the team. Part of Spectrum Property since 2015, she takes care of all the business day to day accounting and bookkeeping. Kimberly is also one of our Key Account Managers taking care client’s needs and is our point person for new home set up, interior design along with some of the more technical projects. With a background in managing large private chalets in France and hospitality Kimberly is always up for the challenges Spectrum Property offers. In her spare time you will find Kimberly, Hiking, Biking, Skiing, in field sport and supporting the local schools and community.

Tracy Pania Broekstra

Office Administration / Property and Project Manager

Extremely focused in everything that she does, Tracy brings a bright spark and positive attitude to every day. Part of the Spectrum Property team since 2016, Tracy heads up the Spectrum office administration, scheduling, and guest bookings. She also manages a large number of our houses with a particular focus on the short term rentals side of Spectrum Property. With a background in private home care and superyachts Tracy is well versed in the attention to detail that many of our clients demand. In her spare time you can find her tending to her family’s horses and farm, snowboarding, supporting alpine sports within our community and of course socialising!

Michele Walker

Property and Project Manager

Highly detailed and with a natural flair for managing all manner of concierge requests, Michele manages many of our short term rental homes along with some of our larger private homes. Part of the Spectrum Property team since 2016, she is a superstar at managing all the contractors who keep homes under Spectrum Property in pristine condition. Michele loves working on new home constructions in their final stages that need interior set up work, warranty follow through and final trade management. With a background in Luxury holiday home management and having her own cleaning company Michele loves being as a part a well organised larger team.  In her spare time you will find Michele hiking or supporting the local schools where her children attend. 

Emma Milliken

Property and Project Manager

With a very practical mindset and a particular knack for understanding the complex intricacies of home systems, Emma is the newest member of the team. Joining us in 2020, Emma covers many roles in Spectrum Property from managing private and holiday homes, to associated projects, guest logistics, concierge requests and she even turns her hand to undertaking routine home maintenance and repairs in houses we care for throughout the year. With a background in long term property management and personal training Emma loves the variety her role with Spectrum Property offers. In Emma’s spare time she excels as a personal trainer in local gym’s, enjoys downhill mountain biking, equestrian, and of course growing up in Queenstown loves to ski and travel.
