Erik and the team at Spectrum have been a huge part of our Queenstown experience.  It is hard to encapsulate in a short paragraph but they have been beside us through everything from helping with setting up our new home, running a very successful rental business, solving issues of all shapes and sizes (made more important by the fact we live in another country), coordinating major renovations and maintenance through to making sure there is enough firewood and sending us photos when we get 'homesick'.  Always available (and, importantly, happily so) and incredibly knowledgeable, I can't imagine owning in Queenstown without them. We trust them absolutely.
