Dublin House is an exceptional architecturally designed property taking pride of place on Queenstown Hill. As the home sold with just days until the Summer holiday period in 2019 the Spectrum Property team pulled all stops to manage a huge amount of maintenance catch up work, interior set up of bedding, guest health and safety measures documented in place, instructions written, all delivered and ready to take first guest bookings that Summer.

Since setting the house up we have supported these proactive homeowners on numerous home upgrade projects ranging from a new energy efficient heating system, to a new spa pool installation, additional storage and more.
